Started Kayaking – Started kayaking when I was little with my parents but wasn't really that keen, then started again in 2007 with my friends to train for the Inter Celtics Watersports Festival where I competed in polo, sprint and marathon. Then took up kayak surfing in 2008, which then took over from surfing, which I had done for several years before.

Started competing in Surf – In 2009

3 rd in Womens HP at the World Championships in Portugal 2009

Kayaking High's/Low's

Highs – Winning the juniors in the Cornish Open and beating the guys! Getting selected for the England team, the thrill of surfing big waves, and making the final at the worlds!

Lows – A painful swim down the river Isere in France, which was my first river.

Favourite breaks – Gwithian, Godrevy and Bluff are my favourite local breaks, Anchor Point in Morocco was awesome.
