Kayaking High's/Low's: Surfing a composite surf kayak (Cyclone) for the first time at the Irish Open in 2002. It was Easky left, nice 4-5ft and I was blown away by the speed – loved it! Winning the World's was pretty good also.
Not many low's – constantly breaking boats! Travelling to Mundaka (twice) for crap surf with it being good the whole week before. Losing the Home's twice to England by a narrow margin. Northern Ireland not making the last 4 at the 2005 Worlds on position count back.
Favourite breaks: Falcarragh Strand, N. Donegal. A mid to high tide beach break that is hard to get on the right conditions but when it works it jacks up some awesome A-frames. Also keen on Spot X, North Antrim coast.
Other Sponsors: Coast and Creek. Troggs
Systemx, Peak UK.Lendal
Aims'and Ambitions: would love to Captain Northern Ireland to winning a major Championships – Home's or World's. Would also like to be able to surf my board and may ride my horse Jack a lot better.
Anything else of interest I've missed out: I love to travel and see new places and meet new people. I also enjoy my job and love getting out of there to so surfing.
